1. Acceptance of Terms

If an excluded individual registers under a different identity, fd99 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and report the activity to relevant authorities.

3. Account Registration

3.1 One Account Policy

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one registered account on the fd99 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. fd99 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and to confiscate any bonuses, free bets, or winnings generated across those accounts.

3.2 Accurate Information

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, active mobile number, and a valid email address. 3.3 Account Verification (KYC)

5.1 General Bonus Terms

In the event of a conflict between specific bonus terms and these general Terms, the specific bonus terms shall prevail.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds credited to your account are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable real-money funds. Wagering requirements, multipliers, and eligible game contributions will be stated clearly in each bonus offer. As a general rule, sports bets contribute 100% toward wagering requirements; slot games contribute 100%; live casino table games contribute between 10% and 20%. 5.3 Bonus Abuse

6. Betting Rules

6.1 Placement of Bets

All bets placed on fd99 are final once confirmed. Once a bet has been accepted by the fd99 system and a bet ID has been issued, the bet cannot be cancelled, amended, or reversed by the player except where a cash-out feature has been activated. It is the player's responsibility to verify all bet details — selection, stake, odds, and market — before confirming a wager.

6.2 Odds and Market Integrity

fd99 reserves the right to suspend markets, void bets, or adjust odds in the following circumstances: data feed errors or third-party supplier failures that result in clearly incorrect odds being published; settlement of markets where the result is subsequently overturned by the relevant governing body; evidence that a market has been affected by match-fixing or corruption; and technical failures that prevent fair settlement of a market.

6.3 In-Play Betting

In-play (live) markets are subject to additional latency between real-world events and odds updates on the Platform. fd99 reserves the right to void in-play bets where there is reasonable evidence that the bet was placed after the relevant event had already occurred but before the feed update had been processed. The decision of fd99 in such matters is final.

6.4 Maximum Winnings

Maximum payout limits apply to all betting markets and will be displayed within each market. fd99 reserves the right to limit bet acceptance, reduce maximum stake amounts, or decline bets at its absolute discretion — including for professional bettors or accounts identified as having an ongoing positive expected value from exploitation of pricing errors.

6.5 Cricket-Specific Rules

For BPL, IPL, ICC T20 World Cup, and other cricket markets, the following specific rules apply: if a match is abandoned or cancelled due to weather or other external factors before the minimum number of overs required for a result (as defined by the relevant governing body) have been bowled, all bets on that match will be void and stakes returned. Revised target calculations (DLS method) will be applied for matches where weather interrupts play and a reduced-overs result is declared. The official result as declared by the ICC or BPL governing body shall be the basis for all settlement decisions.

7. Casino Games

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, navigate the Platform, or exploit promotional offers.
• Colluding with other players in live casino games, poker variants, or any competitive gaming format.
• Engaging in, facilitating, or having prior knowledge of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any corrupt practice related to a sporting event offered on the Platform.
• Providing false or misleading identity information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using a payment method that does not belong to you or that was obtained fraudulently.
• Exploiting software vulnerabilities, bugs, or pricing errors, and failing to report them to fd99 support immediately upon discovery.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, including depositing funds obtained through illegal activity and seeking to withdraw them as winnings.
• Attempting to access the accounts of other players without their explicit consent.
• Using the Platform for any commercial purpose, including operating a third-party betting syndicate using fd99 as the underlying platform without prior written authorisation from fd99.

9. Responsible Gaming

12. Limitation of Liability

• Any actions taken by payment providers (including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay) that delay or prevent deposit or withdrawal transactions.

Nothing in these Terms limits fd99's liability for fraud, for death or personal injury caused by fd99's negligence, or for any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded. Where fd99's liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the total amount deposited by you to your fd99 account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

13. Account Suspension and Closure

13.1 Closure by fd99

fd99 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its absolute discretion, at any time, with or without prior notice. Grounds for account closure include but are not limited to: breach of these Terms; fraudulent activity; money laundering suspicion; bonus abuse; failure to complete KYC verification within a specified timeframe; and player-requested self-exclusion.

13.2 Balance on Closure

Where an account is closed for reasons other than a material breach of these Terms, the real-money balance (excluding bonus funds and winnings derived solely from bonus play that has not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the player's registered payment method within 10 business days. Where an account is closed due to a confirmed breach of these Terms, fd99 reserves the right to withhold the account balance pending investigation.

13.3 Closure by the Player

Any pending bets at the time of closure will be settled normally; withdrawable balances will be returned to the player's registered payment method.

14. Amendments to These Terms
